We bake with natural sourdough and take a lot of time – our goal is to offer delicious natural sourdough bread to hotel guests, the neighborhood and the city.

We care about the craftsmanship, the origin of the ingredients and the process of baking bread.

At the Wilmina Hotel you can enjoy a small, handpicked breakfast buffet. All products are seasonal and from sustainable producers from Berlin and Brandenburg.

The newly opened Lotta offers healthy and house-made snacks and drinks. Enjoy the exquisite variety of aperitifs, coffee and tea specialties, cakes, waffles and bites

Lotta is located on the Wilmina property facing the Pestalozzistrasse. Please pass the stairwell on the ground floor, turn right behind the elevator and walk through the garden. A direct connecting door through Wilmina and Lotta gardens will be coming soon.

In addition to the classic drinks, the focus is on the essentials and the interplay of flavors – there are no opulent garnishes or brandings. Guest are invited to let themselves be guided by the menu and discover new things.

The Contemporary German Cuisine in the Lovis Restaurant relies on seasonal and regional products of the highest quality. Chef Sophia Rudolph and her team reinterpret traditional dishes and bring to life a hidden place surrounded by lush gardens in the former women’s prison.

Closed Monday and Sunday.
